My stay at El Mangroove Papagayo had its highs and lows. The beautiful architecture and natural ambiance of the hotel were enchanting, but I struggled with some annoyances. The noise from the frogs outside my room was too much at night, despite receiving earplugs from the staff. While the dining experiences were enjoyable, the service could have been more attentive. Overall, it was a nice trip, but there are definitely areas needing improvement.

I recently spent 5 nights at El Mangroove Papagayo over New Year’s, and while I found the design and setting beautiful, there were some drawbacks. I enjoyed the spacious living area and the vibrant wildlife but was disappointed by the limited pool area and amenities. The friendly staff made my stay enjoyable, but I felt the dining options were somewhat lacking, and the pricing was on the high side. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but it could be improved. 🌴✨
